WUS 2020 Annual Meeting Cancelled

The Wisconsin Urological Society (WUS) Board of Directors has determined unanimously to cancel this year’s annual meeting. While we are disappointed we will not be able to provide numerous educational opportunities, the health and safety of all attendees, faculty, staff, and industry partners was paramount in our decision to cancel the meeting.

Annual Meeting Registration

Your registration with the WUS 2020 Annual Meeting will be automatically cancelled and a refund will be issued. Please allow 60 days to process your refund.

Hotel Reservations

As a registered attendee, you are responsible for cancelling any hotel bookings you had made previously to attend the 2020 Annual Meeting. The cancellation policy for the official WUS room block at The Abbey Resort, states the following:

“A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold a reservation. These deposits are fully refundable if the hotel is notified 24-hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.”

Please contact The Abbey Resort directly at (800) 709-1323 to cancel any bookings.
